My name is Tom Stiehl and I am the Chartered Organization Representative for St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church and Troop 25 and a member of the Stonewall Jackson Area Council Risk Management Committee and Shenandoah Lodge of the Order of the Arrow.

I am an Eagle Scout and I was a Cub Scout, Boy Scout, and Explorer. I have many fond memories of hiking and camping in Virginia, of backpacking trips to Philmont and Pennsylvania, and canoe trips to Canada, the Adirondacks, and Kentucky. As an adult I have been involved in Scouting for 15 years in various positions including Den Leader, Assistant Scoutmaster, Unit Commissioner, and Scoutmaster. I completed Wood Badge and other training courses for the positions I have held.

Working with Scouts has been very rewarding for me. I think the Scouting program is unique in promoting good citizenship, positive values, and outdoor skills. I am proud to have the opportunity to work with the fine young men of Troop 25.
